Nestled between seven hills right on the Welsh/English border, Abergavenny truly is a ‘Gateway To Wales’. From here you can explore the beautiful scenery of the Brecon Beacons as you taste the fresh mountain air! Abergavenny is also the food capital of south Wales due to its variety of excellent restaurants.
Being a guesthouse in Abergavenny means that our costs are slightly higher than your average city B&B. That’s just a consequence of living somewhere so beautiful – and off the beaten track.
We try hard to keep our rates as low as possible. We’ve held our rate for a double en-suite room at £40 per person per night for as long as we possibly can! And, we still only charge £50 for single occupancy in a double en-suite. Both these include our legendary breakfasts – just check our Trip Advisor reviews for details!
Even though we can’t always control our costs, we do try and go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible – this is reflected not just our breakfasts, but in the personal service we give to every guest. Parking is freely available, and Kevin is on call to transport you to one of the many famous restaurants in the Abergavenny area.

Tariffs from 1 April 2016: Between £40 and £50 per person per night (which is INCLUSIVE of a generous breakfast). This includes single person supplement where appropriate. Discounts are available for larger groups and/or extended stays.
Cancellation policy
A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 12 noon hotel local time, 7 days before the date of arrival. If cancelled after this time, or in the case of a no show, the entire stay will be charged.
